Payments handled by PayPal
PayPal processes payments for our store. When you choose to pay, the payment information needed for that transaction is handled by PayPal under its privacy practices. We receive transaction confirmation and the order information needed to fulfil your purchase, provide support and handle refunds. We do not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
Contact form enquiries
When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic, optional order number and message that you provide. Submissions are stored privately in WordPress for our support team to review and may be sent to our support inbox. We use these details to respond to and manage your enquiry.
