Digital software and product scope
Products are digital downloads, not physical goods. Read the individual listing for features, formats, compatibility, included tools and important limits. Illustrative software boxes and workspace mockups are not physical items or a promise of an identical final interface.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars. The checkout displays the order total and applicable taxes before you confirm payment. A listing marked as a one-time purchase does not imply a recurring subscription. Third-party services or subscriptions are included only where expressly stated.
Delivery and refunds
See our shipping and digital delivery policy for email delivery after confirmed payment, and our separate refund policy for non-working software reported within 30 days. These policies do not limit applicable consumer rights.
Licence
Use the software within the product-specific licence supplied with it. Do not assume a purchase includes redistribution, source-code resale, rebranding or hosted service rights unless explicitly stated. Keep any required notices or attributions supplied with the product.
Compatibility and data
Check the stated requirements before purchase. Follow the supplied setup instructions and keep appropriate backups. Local browser storage is not a promise of cloud backup, secure hosting or device synchronisation.
Support scope
Support covers enquiries about the supplied product and reported problems. Bespoke development, installation services, third-party subscription fees and custom integrations are included only if expressly stated on the listing.
